Recovery!

I guess it is about time that I finally post! It has been 2 1/2 weeks now and I am finally sleeping good at night. I still cannot sleep on my side or my tummy obviously but I finally can sleep good. I am recovering very well and pretty fast, but not fast enough for me!!! It all started ...... here at the admitting .Then, I had to wait and I waited a long time or at least it seemed like a long time because I was so anxious and scared. Yes, this picture is not the best but I couldn't wear any make-up nothing so ya.
This is me in the room waiting for them to wheel me into surgery, I had to wait there for a really long time too.
If this stuff grosses you out, don't look.
This is a picture after surgery. It is pretty good. No bra!!!!! I need to take more pics of myself!

The following week, My mom finally became a US citizen, YAY!!!!
See, my boobs do look smaller!
Lex kept insisting on being in the pic, but Rach and I made this magnet board for my mom!
The day of surgery and the whole weekend My mom took care of Lex. From the next Sunday until Saturday my mother in law came and took care of Lex. That has been the hardest thing for me is not to pick up my son and just love him!!!! I really want to thank the moms for helping out. I really don't know what I would have done! Thanks. Grandma Rosequist spoiled Lex and bought him fun toys and especially took him outside to play all the time.
Grandpa Rosequist came at eh end of the week and Lex warmed up to him instantly. It was so cute to see him with his grandpa!

Lex loves to hang out with the guys and do all the guy things. He especially, loved uncle Dallin! They had so much fun together!
All the boys wrestling and playing!

On memorial weekend, we went to the cemetery and visited out little girls and Grandpa Merwin!
Lex had fun with all the sun flowers and decorations.

I'm Doing IT!!!

I am getting a breast reduction officially tomorrow! I have to be at the hospital at 7:30am.
So these pictures are a farewell to my H sized boobs. H is for huge, by the way!!!

I am in no way sad to see my breasts go! When I look at these pictures it makes me sad. It took me a while just to find these few pictures where I am not hiding my boobs from the camera. I am really looking forward to having smaller breasts and being free and not being weighed down by my Huge boobs.
Sorry, if this offends anyone. For those of you who want to know more, come see me after my surgery. I would love visitors! Thanks for all of you guys who support me! Thanks Lizeth for all you advice!
Wish me luck and pray for me! I won't be back for a while!

Kirk's Wedding

Last Saturday was my good friends wedding that I have not seen in awhile. We have known each other for 8-9 years now. Time goes by way too fast. I met him when I was working at PGM. That is another story for later.
I remember him always telling me he was never going to get married. I think I met him when he was 18 and he had never even been on a date, so I believed him. I am so glad he is married and I wish the best to him, he is an amazing musician and friend.

They did not have a typical or what I guess I would call typical reception. They had a BBQ in the park. So, we played. This was Lex's first time. I know I don't get out.

I love this picture. He was too afraid to actually crawl through the tube. Go figure?? I even attempted to go in. I'm small enough right??

Happy Birthday Ben!

Ok, so his birthday was about a week ago!
We started off his birthday up in SLC at Primary Children's for Lex's Dr. appointment for his eye. We found out he will be needing surgery. (He has had a clogged tear duct since birth) They had to dilate his eyes twice. The first time it didn't work. They said it is harder for darker eyes to dilate. I don't know if I believe that or not. He kicked and screamed the whole time. I would to. He doesn't know why someone is looking at his eyes. He did really well overall. In about 6 weeks or so he will be getting the surgery done!!!
This is Lex waiting for his eyes to be dilated. Good thing, they had a fun play area. We had to wait 20 minutes each time they tried to dilate his eyes.
Next, we went to yummy Cheesecake factory for Ben's birthday. It was so delicious!! We were to stuffed for dessert. We got the turtle cheesecake to go. The next day we ate it and it was to die for. I love their cheesecake. mmmm.
Then, at home we had a little celebration for him at my parents. I made Ben his favorite cake I make every year on his Birthday, German Chocolate. He loves it, not my personal favorite.
Rach made it to the celebration and just wanted her to see, she made the blog, YAY!

Happy Birthday Ben!!!! I hope you had a good day. As a present I got him 2 books by Robert Monroe. I have been reading his missionary journals and he wrote in their about these books he wanted to read when he got back. I asked subtly because you know me, I am sneaky, if he ever read them. He said no and so I got them for him. He was so surprised and he loved it so that made me so excited. I love my husband!
